Guys: if it s needed I ll help with the organization wherever Sensi Days will be held.
I don t need to play in the tournaments, I ll get my games in the friendlies .
We re finally settling in to our new home, though it ll be a few more months until I have
a cabled pc to play swos again .

Problem with Holland is just the money. Rotterdam would have been great (and we re going
to hold a tournament there sometime next year), but sleeping places are just way too expensive.
Almelo/Bornerbroek was affordable (thanks to Mark s mum), but I don t think it s a viable option
for 2018. Maybe we could find somewhere else (though I haven t a clue where) but the location
would always, like Almelo, be the middle of nowhere. That has major logistical problems.
In Holland a hotel-ish enivronment with good accessibility etc, with the Sensi Days requirements
would mean a price tag of 200-250 euros. A.k.a. not suitable for Sensi Days and not even suitable
as a backup plan.

We could always ask around if necessary, but it would be nowhere near ideal.
Is somewhere in Germany still a possibility? Seems unlikely.
Seeing as Denmark is ruled out, probably Eastern Europe again.

No need to be afraid. We ll have a great team of administration together! Everything will be smooth.
Hardware isn t a problem, at all. Spoke to Poul already, all we need is adapters, certain sets of... have it in mind already.
