Newbie in Sensible Soccer 2006 world was created by fastball83
Hello,
I am newbie in sensible soccer 2006 world and I have 2 questions.
1/ how to put up game speed, i have a PC with windows xp, and the game isn t very rapid, how to configure that ?
2/ I downloaded the latest update and put the folder after dezip in the world data folder, but the players names are not the right name. Does it s normal ? ( Imean does the update modify only attributes) or does I should have the right name for players ? and how to correct that.
thanks to be helpful and sorry for my english but I am french.

Hi fastball - as far as the game speed, there was no option in the original install of SS2006 to change the game speed. However, if you could try using the MegaPatch 3 from Sensible Mods website. This mods the game and changes all sorts of things, the game speed is faster, the AI is harder, and there are new sounds, and other tweaks and changes. Also, it includes the Updated team names etc.

Are you using Vista or XP? Also, do you mean you get a black screen when trying to start SS2006, or when you start your computer?

Cool, so it s all working now?
As far as an editor, sadly no - it s quite tedious work, and Muzzer and Sganton have dome some amazing work with what they ve edited so far. There s a section on Sgantons site all about editing, with tutorials and tools to help. Here s the link:
