Dummies guide to keypad building

In this case, I am the dummy as you all can guess .

For Almelo we re looking to get a few new keypads to speed things up.
If anyone has time to build any before Sensi Days...please do!
Meanwhile, I m going to try my building skills.
Which is hard, seeing as I have none whatsoever....

Still, why this topic?

For future reference, can someone please elaborate on the following questions et al:

- What do you need?
Please answer with links to possible options, prices etc.
- Does anyone have exact building schematics for dummies?
- And so on and so on.

If we can get all relevant information into this topic, maybe we can sticky it for future use.

I am not sure, you need an cherry keyboard with mechanical keys, that works like switches, so every key act like a switch on a joystick. At the moment I can t say more, as I am not have build any keypad on my own.
