- Supporters Room (1 Credit = 1 vote)
- Admin Room (1 Admin Function = 1 Vote)
- Members Room - (1 Country leader = Count of Country Members votes)

I think admins should have 2x votes since they re the ones actually spending their own free time to run the website, seems appropriate to me.
