Macboon Pro 10.10 SWOS Help

Hi,

I spent all of yesterday trying to download SWOS for my Macbook Pro 10.10 Laptop and I am still nowhere near understanding how I can play Sensible Soccer or downloading the right software or files.

I want to be able to play it online and offline.

I have looked at a couple of emulators and downloaded files but although I have made some progress so I would appreciate a step by step guide as I have not been able to solve the issue so that I can play the game.

I hope someone can help. I am in Kent in the UK.

Hi, the SWOS pack can only run on Windows machines. It won t run on Apple.

I have a Macbook Pro so I bought a cheap PC off the ebay just to play SWOS. Or install Windows beside OS X on Macbook Pro.

I am getting there via windows - can play the game but I can t save it

The save disk option has abort but doesn t save ?

Easy to play on a MAC:

Download and install the Boxer app: boxerapp.com/
Download this cracked version: olesio.eu/olesiolab/swos97_full_nocd_dosbox_online.rar (you need some kind of program to extract rar files. For example this: unrarx.en.softonic.com/mac )

Install the game in Boxer with drag/drop.
Run the game windowed at first so you can still see the top pulldown menu.

Game exe = swsengpp.exe
Enjoy!

Just pointing out that Mac can not play online. Fine for offline use.

Otherwise a PC version if you need to play online as well as offline too.
