SWOS 16/17 database - excel format

hi SWOS insiders

since a while we enjoy an official unofficial update - SWOS 16/17, and now it was possible for me to develop a new version of the excel database

thanks a lot to Emmeti for making that possible - he did the crucial work of exporting the data to the format that was available for me to use in excel

thanks to Higgipoker and Scaleh, who also were making contribution in this field

so here goes - a new version:

LOL - it is almost 10 years old - it was developed in 2008...
