Or try without scart and use RGB channels on TV, yellow, red and white. They are there, as I can see on the picture.

Then your Amiga might be damaged.

Looks like the Denise chip is faulty. That means: if you are a king in soldering just order a new chip and replace it. If you re not a king in soldering...just buy a new A500 board.
