Is this a solution for playing swos on xp with keyboard? I can play 95-96 properly but 96-97 doesn t work on xp with keyboard, having speed problems and cpu speed programs can t fix it, either dosbox, vdmsound or win 98 virtual pc.

Did you setup Keyboard + Joystick in the SWOS++ menu?

In any case:
Try to set the cycles to 10.000 or 11.000 to get best control results.

looks absolutely GREAT!! Doesn`t work here though when I want to start the game after all the settings, it starts DOS-box but then returns to Windows after a few seconds Can anyone help me?? I wouldd LOVE to play SWOS again after all the years of abstinence

Why cant I run diagonal with my keyboard?

I can run all directions, but it just stops when I press two directions to get diagonal!

EDIT: It actually stops when I keep hold of the direction button, like Up or down...
