About the tactic viewer, i m thinking of adding more options to be more close to original one (create tactics etc.)

The tactics in SWOS are the points where players move, so is it easy to make a clone close to original SWOS? We ll see.

Disassembling PC SWOS is easy but the gameplay isnt good as Amiga SWOS...

But disassembling Amiga SWOS... hmm... not that easy....

Notice that Zlatco, the author of SWOS++, created an external highlight and replays viewer, taking assembly code from PC SWOS.

He could make a good clone of swos if was still developoing his project, i think.

My point is that if we could get only the match engine of Amiga SWOS then we can make the best swos ever!!!

We can add or remove options, create new leagues , add more players in a squqd and many more.

Does it now allow alterations of league sizes or does it still cause SWOS to crash?

Also, Division 1 in UK only has 3 relegation spots rather than 4 in SWOS. Can this be altered without it messing up Division 2 s 3 auto-promotions and 4th-7th play-off spots?

Cats, as you know we can only edit swos and not modify it, so in leagues you can only change number of teams per division.

Hmm, i dont know about promotions and relagations in leagues. I think that works fine if you change these numbers.

I mean if swos compute these in different routine like european cups.

Unfortunately if you put relegations in English Division 1 to 3, the game will still attempt to promote 3 automatically and 1 through play-offs, resulting in a crash

Maybe you could have a brief look into it, so that rather than just a Promotions/Relegations box, that play-off places could be altered so it is correct.
