I am not a newbie in swos ( honestly I play swos from 9 years old, that s about 15 years ) but I have never played online!
So I have some questions: Are we supposed to use our own tactics in the game? How are we supposed to know the exact tactic that our opponent plays so as to choose or create the better counter measure ? What type of internet connection do we need? I have an adsl 756/192, is it sufficient? How are we goona choose our teams? I play most of the time (well at least the last twelve years) with crappy teams because it s very easy to score goals with better ones, put the pressure on the weakest team and therefore the exciment is gone. So is the option all players teams equal enabled? And of course what file do we need to download? Are we gonna play some friendly matches before we start the league?
A lot of questions, thanks in advance to whoever answers them!
Oh, btw, there are more swos players in AmigaHellas but I do not know how many will the see the thread calling all swos players in our forum.. I will try to keep it up ( bumped
) as long as I can. I will also advertise the league on AmigaHellas irc channel. Another greek forum that perhaps holds many greek playres is GreekRetroManiax (is it www.greekretromaniax.gr ?). Though I am not register there and cannot speak for sure.
The only problem that I have is that by the end of the month I will join the army and it will quite difficult for me to play online from the Special Forces campus.. lol
