Players stopping was created by Loner
For some reason my players will on occasion stop running, so annoying, I'm using a Logitech gamepad which seems to be calibrated properly, I've no problem navigating the menus, I hope someone can help, thank you in advance.

i think it will be the shoulder buttons / triggers that do this.
Fix is to remap buttons on your device using either: joytokey or DS4windows(if it recognises your device)

Bind your keys to that of the keyboard arrow keys and right control for shoot, and select keyboard in SWOS game controls.
There is something to do with L1 L2 R1 R2 buttons that make the players act up.

- i did a guide for dualshock 4 but same applies to any joy if you use Joytokey software option,

After trying on numerous occasions to get this to work, I gave up and installed an earlier version, 1.3.9, not as many options but it works which is the main thing, thanks for the help anyway.

Thanks for the help, downloaded and installed Joy2Key, assigned the shoulder buttons to the arrow keyboard buttons, saved the profile, started SWOS, the shoulder buttons are definately assigned as they move the cursor from side to side, but in game players are still stopping, so I'm a bit lost.

Please remove all assignments for shoulder buttons!!
Then try again.

Once again, I appreciate your help, by trying again do you mean re-assign the shoulder buttons to the arrow keys.

No , in joyto key, you want the shoulder buttons with no bind at all. . . leave them blank . . . it is the shoulder buttons (L1 L2 R1 R2 that make the players stop/act up)

Leave them blank.

Assign arrow direction keys to you Analog stick and directional pad.

Choose keyboard in Swos 2020 Options menu

Blank as in none, then I'm back where I started.
