Prices for Sensidays are as follows:
Full attendance in Amiga and PC Sensidays, Friday afternoon until Monday morning:
3 x dinners, 3 x breakfast, 2 x lunch, plus beer and snacks.
3 nights accommodation
Price: 200 EUR or 175 GBP
Attendance for two nights and one competition (either Amiga Friday/Saturday or PC Saturday/Sunday):
2 x dinners, 2 x breakfast, 1 x lunch, plus beer and snacks.
2 nights accommodation
Price: 150 EUR or 130 GBP
Day attendance:
1 x breakfast, 1 x lunch, 1 x dinner, plus beer and snacks.
Price: 100 EUR or 90 GBP
Payment methods:
Bank transfer to UK account of wugbaspin in GBP
Bank transfer to German account of wugbaspin in EUR
Paypal to account of Theologistic in GBP
If paying with a different currency to the above, the target amount for the account should be the above figure, as applicable.
When can I book?
Places are currently reserved for existing members of the SWOS community (attended Sensidays, London Calling, Koszalin etc. before, or are active online).
Places will be opened for all players from 1st March 2026.
Room reservations:
There are rooms of various sizes. Small rooms (1-2 beds) are reserved for the organisers.
There are several small rooms with 4-5 beds.
There is one room with 7 beds.
There are two larger rooms with 12 and 14 beds.
You can reserve a place in the room of your choice when you book.
We'll hold the place for two weeks to give you time to pay.
Cancellations:
If the cancellation occurs before TBC (probably end May), we will give a full refund.
If the cancellation is after this, we will give a full refund if we can fill the place.
Otherwise, we will refund 50%.
