The Total Pack already includes the best new croud chants around.
If you want to add some new ones, check out this guide:

It is the same for crowd chants. Just follow the instructions.
You can edit RAW files with a program like Goldwave. Original filesize and bitrate has to be maintained.

Here s another link for editing PC SWOS sounds:

swos.hajas.org/sounds.htm

As far as chants - there aren t many in the game. Basically, one for the home team, one for the away team, ( Come on you reds..., Come on you whites... ) etc. There s also other chants that play when you re one-nil, two-nil, three-nil and more up...

When I made my sound mod, I managed to squeeze in some slightly longer sound files for some of the chants, but it s quite hit and miss, meaning a LOT of testing can be involved! In one mod, I replaced the commentary with John Motson, and in the other, I replaced the commentary with other sound effects, (clapping, cheers etc), designed so that nyou play with commentary on, but instead of commentary you get some extra sounds.

Anyway, have a look at the link Playa posted, and the one above, and have a play around.

:)
