Just leave out the relegators of last season, for 16/17 SWOS Scottish Premier.
Also, relegate Hamilton. That makes one free spot for last year s champion of CHAMPIONSHIP (Rangers).

That s a good compromise.

And it means, Hamilton, Kilmarnock and Dundee got their spot in CHAMPIONSHIP.
Therefore, Livingston and Alloa go down and relegate.

From there, it s easy to proceed with the bottom divisions, and in the end it s pure logic which 6 teams have to be left out.
