I want to know if in the carrer mode,if a player have an green tick his abilities grow up,or only his value. -

Abilities doesn´t grow up, but in game the performance of the player is better
The SWOS manual changed my mind.
Of course, ticks are important. It makes the player more sharp concerning his skills.
He will perform better.
Read here (first sentence). That has to be prove enough that it s also important (not only) to go for green ticks.
Why else would it be in the official manuel then?

Well, green tick doesn t always mean green tick as explained in the manual. If you click on Defend for example and then on 3-5-2 nearly all players have a green tick. Otherwise if you make a green tick tact as PLAYAI for example and then change to 3-5-2 you will see crosses everywhere
