As you can read there I already ask people who do not make a prepayment to bring a matress sleeping bag.
In the big dining room there will be enough space for everybody. Or you can arrange with other players to get some space on the floor in any room, for example.

And at the time the 40 beds are reserved (12 left) I will send out a newsletter, personal messages and write webnews to ask all other participants to bring the sleeping equipment mentionend above.

Tournament will be played in 4 groups.
Players are seeded from online/offline ranking (if more than 4 from each nation) and nationalities.
Random order of baskets...has nothing to say (1-11), from each basket one player will be in one group etc..., naturally:

Just a note about the basket/drawing system:

We do it this way to create the groups as international as possible and not to have the best players from 1 country in same group.
These were the main criterias for us. And that is absolutely given with this kind of system.
