Me and Wänä bring 2 Amigas with CF HD. I also can bring 2 Monitors 1084 if needed and some of my few Joysticks ;D

I bring a Super N intendo to Amiga Adaptor (for 2 Players) for sure. If we really need one i try to transport my Amiga 1200 with Harddisk, CF Card and 6 MB Ram by train. Can t say if that work so no promises for the Amiga 1200 from me.

going by plane makes bringing a whole unit or a monitor bit difficult ;-)
If you need any other parts(or specific parts from unit) I am ready to take it out of my comp and bring it. Feel free to let me know what;-)
