Can anyone tell me in IDIOT language how to install this for Amiga.

Do I have to have a SWOS installed before this and only extract this over it or what?....coz every time i double click install file this is what i get:



I get 2 folders:

ProgDir
Start menu

after you ve extracted the install file to:
C:\Download\SWOS
and clicked yes to the dos administrator message, it should extract lots of files to:
C:\SWOS
looking at your screenshot i m guessing this folder doesn t exist on your machine?
not sure why it didn t create properly atm

run the installer again, but when the dos box appears just close it,
then edit C:\Download\SWOS\Install.cmd

do a find and replace

find:
start /b %SystemDrive%\SWOS\pslist

replace all instances with:
start /b %SystemDrive%\SWOS\pslist.exe

save Install.cmd then manually run it to install swos

also does the following file exist:
C:\SWOS\nircmdc.exe
if not, could be your virus checker didn t allow it to unpack (think some programs think its a virus)
do you have 64 bit windows? maybe nircmdc.exe doesn t work on 64 bit windows

Everything is FINE it s my stupid mistake....i extracted it to DOWNLOADS not DOWNLOAD...it was the S...thank you anyway

OK so maybe another stupid question.

To play legands of old 96-97 game i persume i have to go to C/SWOS/Launch ...but which one do I select from these

or

Swos9697b

...same goes for Legends?

you should have a new swos startmenu folder:



however the legends shortcut runs:
%SystemDrive%\SWOS\Launch\Legends.cmd
