Re: SWOS Manager Ver. 2 Released

Hi!

I have a question - does the option edit career data on editor work? When I m trying to load saved game to edit, this version is not supported message appears. Shouldn t it work or did I do something wrong?

This option is for older versions of saved careers only (older then 2.0.1.9).

Great Idea, it may be something better then Dino Dini s Player Manager finally.
I ll try to test it and if I ll find some bugs or ideas for improvements, i ll put it here. Though silence on this forum suggest that there is not much to do left.

Technical question: how the program simulates the match in SWOS PC or Amiga?Are your the program uses function MATCH or RESULT with game ?

How work the parameters of golkeeper? As we know GK in SWOS have only one parameter - VALUE in money. (max 5M)

You can use your saved SWOS tactics in SWOS.
Theres no need to use them in the manager.

I dont use these programs.
The manager simulates the games with its own algorithmen, based on random, strength of team and players.

How work the parameters of golkeeper? As we know GK in SWOS have only one parameter - VALUE in money. (max 5M)

The goalkeeper have an overall value which is between 0-49 (like normal players, 7 attributes with values between 0-7).
This value is calcualted based on the values the goalkeeper have in SWOS Manager and then written into the file.
The goalkeeper is treated by the SWOS Manager as normal player (no special goalkeeper attribute).

The name SWOS Manager were used, cos you can use the Manager in combinaiton with SWOS (but it is not nescessary).
